a.  Wide Area Network Bid #07-MI-74.  Bid was awarded February 2006 as a three year bid with the option for a two year renewal.  Renewal allows contract extension for a period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011. 

b.  Primary Rate Interface Bid #07-MI-75.  Bid was awarded February 2006 as a three year bid with the option for a two year renewal.  Renewal allows contract extension for a period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011.
